Results from rebounding?

Hello Everyone!
I am curious to hear about peoples' experiences with rebounding. What changes did you notice in your health, physical appearance and overall wellbeing? I have just started rebounding and am wondering about the benefits that I may gain from it.

'Needak' brand and gosh - there's another one that is super popular I think it might be called 'Rebounder'??
anyway - the health benefits are amazing (or so I've read while doing research), and also from testimonys from peeps here that have used them.

they have these complete workouts that you can do and it's very gentle on the body - but really amazing when it comes to toning and weightloss!

I would really love to get one some day!

i looooooooooooooooove my rebounder!!! my daughter and i use it almost daily. we love love love using it.

and it's a great way to get exercise WHILE watching tv, chatting with friends, staring at nature out the window... talking with the dogs...

Thanks everyone. I got the gold's gym set. It was only $30.00 and came with bungies to do strength training. IF my hubby and I still love to rebound in a year, we will invest in a better one. But for now ours is perfect. I recommend this one to anyone on a budget.
