I'm starting off today by heading out of state for continued yoga training :)
My training starts Thurs & ends on Sun - believe me I will get some movement in those days!
I'm not sure how much I will get in today - as I will be driving for 5 hrs.....
My goal this month is to break out those belly dancing vhs  tapes that I bought new - years ago.......it's time to learn something fun & nourish my soul!
I will also still be teaching my 2 yoga classes per week :)
How about you?
Whatcha got??

I LOVE JUNE!!!
This month I have MUCH to do...
I need to find a part-time J.O.B. here in my new town of northern Los Angeles.
I have to finish the relaunch of my DauntlessDiva.com website.
I need to kick my Green Juicing up a notch and get RID of the last remnants of PMS/Endometriosis that are still trying to hang on... :D
I need to continue stabilizing my moods/reducing the effects of trauma/regenerating my cells + Spirit...
How can I best accomplish these goals, I ask you?
The answer lies in................................................ ...
Dancing + Yoga + Rebounding + Walking the Dogs
Hee hee... I love my Life.

Yet another 8 hour shift, but I likely didn't get too much real exercise, as it was unbelievably slow today.
Gosh it has to have been a week since I did my pilates. :( *sigh* I will make myself do it tomorrow morning, no excuses.

This morning I went hiking along our stream. After I getting all hot and sweaty - I took a cool dip ... and just as I was relaxing and enjoying the cool water... nibble nibble... AAACCCCKKKKK.... I was attacked by a freshwater prawn... that thing was like 10" long!!
dh wants to trap them and eat them... which I absolutely forbid... I told him... they are like neighbors... you can't eat a neighbor!
course I wonder if that darn prawn knew I was IT'S neighbor??
This afternoon I decided to walk our property instead... one nibble a day is enough for me! Walked over 2.5 acres... not sure how that equates in distance.... but it was a good walk.
no taebo today... I need at least a day to recover in between torture sessions!

I'm finally getting my bf (who is also a Personal Trainer) to put me through a boot camp. I've been at him for months but finally he's ready because I'm ready!
Mostly Weight Training and some running(I'm new but not new to this, it always hurts no matter what I do.. Any Advice?) .. As far as I know. Sunday are intense, we go to his gym and he trains me the HIT way. 350 plus on the leg press anyone?
I'm hoping to maybe blog a tiny bit about it, but mostly get a little bit of support.
I wish everyone the best!

I am still here, although going at it slow, every other day I do this really intense cardio program for 30 minutes, on the other days I walk fast for an hour.
I also do pilates and my "own weight" weight training, so lots of slow reps to really feel it. So far I am firming up nicely.
I have a tendensy to go full out and get burned out as a result..not this time, thus the slow transition.
Keep it up peeps.

Today I ran for a mile (not much but got to start somewhere) then a little bit of streght with my body (push ups, sit ups, ect.)
Hope everyone is feeling great!

well, I'm starting late, but I just have to post! I started on the raw diet a little under a month ago and I've noticed *some* improvement, although now I think to get rid of this belly bulge I really have to get moving on the exercise! I think I just needed to give myself time to adjust...I really didn't think I'd have enough energy to do exercise, ha ha. Now I know better, and I have no more excuses. Of course now it does some easier to eat as opposed to working up a sweat, so I'm so glad that I am making the commitment to post every day! I'm seeing some friends in the beginning of August, so my goal is to do some type of exercise every day (yoga on rest days) and I'll give you the results August 1. The goal is to get rid of the belly bulge...but also just to get motivated and develop a daily exercise routine.
Also, I'm going to be doing DVDs all summer because I'm in Phoenix and it is sssssizzling hot out there! Anyway, I'm going to do Jillian Michaels right this minute, and I'm going to do the whole thing even though half-way through I want to die. Afterwards I'll have some blackberries as a treat and even though it's a little late I want to continue on my art project at least for one hour. how's THAT for an ambitious beginning!!

Missing in action here.
Began my fitness class a few weeks ago and having fun with that.
Taking one movement from the Daily Dozen 1 series and doing 100 reps of one movement, daily plus, whatever else I feel to do ~ Indian Clubs, rebounding, the rest of the Daily Dozen moves, of course. Balancing moves, using my Bosu.... swinging mace, Iron clubs, Bulgarian training bag. Also, go to a class EVERY Monday evening. Quite intense it is. 90 minutes of movement!
Looking into Zumba. Found one at the times I want to go at a VERY reasonable fee. Going for first class next Wed. If I like it, that will be 2-3 times a week.
