Does anyone own one? I have one and want to make almond milk but I cannot find my instructions and I cannot remember how to make it so it doesn't heat.

Soak 1 cup of almonds (or any other raw nut) for 2-6 hours.
Drain and place into a blender with a pinch of Celtic sea salt and a dash
of olive oil.
If you want to make it a little sweeter add one date (pitted) or a little vanilla.
Fill your blender with water and blend.
Strain out the pulp and put the mylk into a bowl.
Now put the pulp back into the blender and fill it half way with pure water.
Blend again and then strain.
Serve cold!
*don't waste your pulp, let it dry and use it in future recipes as a flour*

I should have been a little more specific, it's the instructions that I needed to operate the SoyaJoy, not the recipe. :o Although.... I did learn to put a dash of olive oil in it. Thank you!
