okay, somebody please clear up this foggy information I have here -
I 've always heard - (as just mentioned in another thread here today) -
that you should not eat green peppers because they are not ripe- hence toxic-
Q: does that mean ONLY GREEN BELL PEPPERS - or is that refering to ALL peppers that are green... like pablano, jalapeno, etc?

so since they are sold green in the store- that's because they are picked unripe- and by placing them in direct sunlight for a -day or two- they will all turn... red? yes? is that right?
