I seem to eat a lot of sweets (fruits), but sometimes I'm just craving for something salty. Other than raw nuts, are there other alternatives?

Maybe dehydrated veggies with some salt on it. (Good one, of course!)

Or cauliflower-popcorn, even not dehydrated tasty.

Kale chips really satisfy that crunchy/salty craving. Also flax crackers. I love broccoli and cauliflower dehydratoed too. I have added all sorts of flavorings to them and have loved every one. They are crunchy and munchy and soooooo good! :)

How long do you have to dehydrate broccoli and cauliflower to get it crunchy?

Good question!

After 4 days in the dehydrator I finally threw away the cauliflower I was trying to dehydrate. They were way smaller, but still mushy...gross!

Zucchini Chips - I slice about 6 medium zucchini on the mandoline, then toss in a little salt and garlic, then dehydrate - YUM!

Oooohh, the zucchini chips & sweet potato chips sounds good. I'll try those this weekend. I just hate how it takes 20 yrs to dehydrate stuff. I tried kale chips before but they just came out kinda wimpy looking, like nori sheets. I want something filling, not just something to satisfy my salty cravings.

Soak some sunflower seeds, drain. Add a very small amount of olive oil, himalyian salt, dill weed and onion powder. Dehydrate until crunchy. MMmmm! Wonderful on salads also.
