Relative Newby from FL

Hi, all. I'm a 58 yr old who recently realized I'm NOT getting any younger. My spouse has always eaten a lot of raw fruit and veggies, is tall and thin and he is "aging" better than I am... This has to stop. I'm playing cach up, but I already see results. I've lost weight, my skin has less "crazing" - those little all over signs of aging, sun damaged skin, and I do feel better. Guess it's working.

My intention was never to be high raw, but my body seems to like it. I no longer even crave my a.m. cup of coffee. Impressive. At this point I'm mostly raw with the exception of an occassional steamed sweet potato and a little organic butter. Last night I had some soba noodles and Seeds of change sauce, and I had some discomfort. Guess that tells me!

You can make a sweet potato soup or dessert if that's a craving of yours. Very delicious.
