What to do with all my sprouts

So I got carried away with my new automatic sprouter and grew too many mung bean sprouts!

What can I do with them now besides use them in un-stir-fries and salads?

To use up a large portion, add them to a green soup or smoothie, instead of greens.

Make them your salad - a big bowl of sprouts alone, with oil and lemon added, or some coconut aminos.
