Ok so I keep trying to go all raw but then I get really hungry and feel a big need for some protein like cheese for some reason. Today I had a huge fresh fruit salad for breakfast, soaked rolled oats/almonds/raisins for lunch and did fine until dinner time. At dinner time I had a green smoothie (avocado/banana/romaine/spinach/ice cubes) made it thick and ate it with a spoon but felt really hungry afterward so not sure if a green smoothie is good for me. I ate some raw walnuts. Btw I also juice (GreenStar) and had a pint of fresh vegetable juice in the morning and late afternoon. Yesterday I made a huge salad for dinner with an avocado. I think I need more protein.

i kept getting really hungry for at least 6 months ,
its a MAJOR adjustment . fasting helped as after a fast even this raw food garbage  tastes good :D

lemon in ice water helps control my appetite

try sprouting buckwheat to use as a breakfast type cereal with almond milk poured over and fruit / berries / etc added

bananas are a good easy heavy food

put chopped walnuts or sesame seeds in salads

green tea isnt raw but it supresses appetite and i lived on it first 2 years raw

I think you need more fat. What you've said ~ cheese and walnuts constitutes fat.

Maybe Spirulina could help?
