What type of water do you drink on a fast?

Since we're on a water fast here, Water is a good subject. :) Hope it's not seen as off topic. I'm interested in learning more.

I too have a Brita which I love. I have no idea what type of filter they have at work, if anything. We have a water cooler machine thingy though, so I'm HOPING it's filtered. I only drink about 4 cups of water at work usually though, so, I'm hopefully not going to die if it isn't.

I have been debating, despite the plastic waste, getting some Fiji waters for my fast. I read somewhere the pH of Fiji water is different and could be beneficial in a detox type situation.

We use a 10 stage water filter that attaches to our sink. So easy and lasts for almost a year.
