View Full Version : Loss of appetite whilst nursing

I've been raw since 1st April (apart from a few slips) and have come to a point in the last 4 or 5 days where I have completely lost my appetite. I have been forcing myself to have green smoothies and the odd nut and a salad yesterday but I am not really enjoying them and am finding it quite difficult, but I am getting concerned because I am breast feeding. I suppose I should release the concern and understand that my body knows what it's doing?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

I've never had a child, but thought maybe making crackers might help or maybe some kind of bread. I would say if there's anything that tastes okay at this point eat it & eat alot of it

Thank you, it's funny you should say that, I just got some real toast out to have with a salad and some olives! Hopefully appetite will come back soon!
