grapefruit fast for cellulite

Has anyone tried this (i cant do this now because i'm doing a fast now)

I know grapefruit is supposed to help with cellulite ...has anyone tried

i drink grapefruit juice daily... but i don't know about cellulite

I think that was more of a fad, honestly.

I strongly believe in moderation, it doesn't seem like anything good will come from giving yourself only one, limited, (not to mention acidic) source of nutrients for an extended amount of time. Just stay raw, and if you're still worried about your weight, incorporate some cardio. :)

Yea i dont know,i got it from alissas first book, page 542 and she says its suppose to help break it down :/
