Watch Out For Moldy Broccoli

Hello, I have been noticing some bad parts on the insides of my broccoli lately. I love broccoli and eat it a lot. Normally I just wash it real good, cut it into pieces and eat it. Lately I have noticed a lot of rot and mold deep inside the broccoli crowns. It is hard to find unless you are cutting your broccoli up pretty small and really looking for it. So I thought I would just put out this warning to really check your broccoli over good. Don't want to eat any rot! :eek:

Yeah, I rarely buy broccoli in stores because of problems like those. It's simply not a vegetable that stores very well.
I either grow it myself or buy it fresh from a local farmer.
