jepp..me to, just finished a nice serving of creamy potato salad in lettuce wraps...yum, B was a green smoothie and for dinner I am planning on a salad, or maybe some coleslaw, either way..it will be RAW, there simply is no other way...for me.

D:Alissa's Mock Salmon in romaine leaves (YUM YUM)

Snack: apple with almond butter and raw honey

Green smoothie for breakfast, mushroom/walnut pate in collard leaves for lunch. I'm working this evening so I packed a beautiful fruit salad, some waldorf salad, and some gazpacho. Yummy!

Today turned out pretty much as I expected. Lots of detoxy bad feelings, not much eating.

I've had an apple with raw peanut butter (just peanuts mashed to creamy bits in the processor!) and some sea salt - and I made Alissa's tomato soup recipe and got down about half of it before I just couldn't eat more (full tummy - the soup was great though, definitely going to add more spices next time, and try to figure out a way to make it a bit warmer, cold soup just isn't my thing, but warm should be fine, right?!, no killing enzymes then!). I'm desperately craving chocolate but trying to just let the thoughts go. I'll be hitting up the store tomorrow for provisions and plan to get enough stuff to make Alissa's fudge balls and some chocolate mousse. Other than that, all I want/am craving right now are pretty plain veggies and the occasional fruit. I'm also going to make a big effort to find a nut milk/paint strainer bag because I really want to juice some of my fruit instead of make smoothies. Guess my stomach is looking for some simpler things right now!

Still, happy to be 100% raw and can't wait for this ick detoxy feeling to go bye bye!

L: Salad at the new Raw food cafe here in Copenhagen. They are very creative. It was a green salad with small baby tomatoes, which have been vacuum-packed in marinate for some days. They where so yummy, I will try to experiment to make it myself. There where also cucumbers made with the same technique, which were so crunchy. Then they made a cheese which tasted like a famous danish smoked cheese... by blending cashews and honey, and blowing smoke in it!! It was delicious. On top was radishes.. a real traditional danish salad.. only it was RAW.. oh, and I also got my own flaxseed cracker. I love that place, to bad I don't have money to go there to often.
D: some more bananas and apples.

Look forward to "seeing" you on the June challenge :)
