Brekkie - passion fruit, strawberry, banana, hemp oil and supergreens smoothie
Lunch - raw bar and a banana
Dinner - lettuce, spinach, sunny pate, baby avo, olives and cherry toms
Snack - chocolate cake

Good morning! :)
This is the beginning of week #2 for me. I hopped on the scale this morning and found that I've lost 6.4 pounds! I'm thrilled, but even more important is that my skin is clearing up, I feel "clean", and I feel mellow.
I plan on having a smoothie for breakfast and lunch. I ground up some cacao nibs last night and will add some of that into the smoothies. For dinner I will finish up my sprouted lentil salad, and will add avocado and tomatoes like I did last night. It was so good!

B: 3 bananas, 1 apple
L: leftover brocoli salad from yesterday with some tomatoes.
D: vegetable soup (not raw, but I will not beat my self up over it)

Hi all, soon this month is over and next one will start.
B- apple, strawberry and peach porridge, with hemphearts and cinnamon.
S-Strawberries
L-greens salad with summer sauce
S-carrot cake, no frosting
D- huge green salad, olive oil/vinegar dressing, carrot cake

L - avocado-cinnamon shake
S - Ruth's brand hemp bar (SO delicious. I plan to make my own raw version)
D - nuts and dates with some more cinnamon
I'm craving some greens, but really insanely full from too many nuts. :o
Green smoothie in the morning! I just bought some more kale, I can't wait to enjoy it.
