Almost there... what amazing things have you experienced so far during this challenge?

so, here it is...another month on it's way out. there have been far too many months where i just wished that i were eating better.

for three+ months now i can claim sanity, renewed energy, better sleep, shed weight ... all thanks to DOING instead of wishing.

another day of smoothies, exercise and hopefully a little sun.

Brekkie - strawberries, raspberry, blueberry, banana, hemp oil smoothie
Lunch - salad leaves, cherry toms, celery, spring onions, avo and olives
Dinner - 2 raw bars and some pistachios

So far so good..been home with a sick boy today...sucky first day of summer vacation..

B-apple, peach, strawberry porridge, with cinnamon and 2 tblsp hemp hearts
L-tomato salade with avocado, basil and some pepper
S-nuts, mango
D-miso soup with zucchini noodles and julienned spinach..
Dessert-fruitsalad..

then I went for a very fast walk in the 92 degree evening...

Feeling soooo good today!!! I did my insanity workout & then went for a bike ride....just have a ton of energy!!!!

Banana smoothie w/ greens
grapes & blueberries
salad with avo/ mushrooms/ sprouts/ brussel sprouts/ spinach

L: portabella w/ avocado, tomato and basil
D: was going to be beet/carrot/apple soup but I really messed that up, so I had a banana instead.

I'll keep the beet mixture so I can put a little in each smoothie. I don't want to let those gorgeous beets go to waste! :)

I'll probably have some flax crackers later.
