I'm still hangin' in here with ya! Just been really busy and haven't posted. We are headed out camping for Memorial Weekend loaded with RAW goodness so I won't be here to celebrate with everyone for making the 30 day mark but it's been a great month and will be here next month too!!!

Brekkie - blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, banana, hemp oil, green smoothie
Lunch - crackers, sunny pate, Brazil nut butter, spinach, lettuce, sugar snap peas and cherry toms
Snack - a bite of raw choc bar
Dinner - spinach, kale, banana, date smoothie
Snack - 10 pistachios

Feeling oooh so good :)!!!!!
I'm ready for June, July, August!!!! July will be hard b/c we go camping & there's all that old junk food I used to eat. It helps knowing that my body would severly go into elimanite mode if I ate any & that just isn't worth it to me to feel like crap after eating crap. so NO THANKS!!!!!

Last day of school for my daughter..so busy busy today.
B-banana/apple porridge with 2tbsp hemp hearts and cinnamon..wow, so good
S-thre strawberries..told you I was busy...
L-Miso soup...tepid water, miso, spinach sliced thinly, zucchini noodles tip of a knife with Sambal Oleek...yumm, strawberries and a tomato
S/D-2 bananas, 1 1/2 mango, 1 kiwi, handful of pecans...
..and a large wedge salad later in the evening with summer sauce..

L: salad with tomato, cucumber, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, mustard dressing
D: Big green salad with avow.
Snacked on a little raw chocolate

I remember a high school chant... "I feel good, oh I feel so good, UHH!" :D
I'm actually exhausted with a headache, typical first week symptoms. However, I have no more acid reflux, my bloating has diminished, and my face already looks thinner. My fingernails seem stronger, and they've grown so fast this week that I needed to trim them back!
Today I haven't had a lot to eat. I'm simply not that hungry. I'm making sure to drink a lot of water, though.
Breakfast: Large banana. Seriously, this thing was enormous.
Lunch: portobella mushroom with 1/2 an avocado and one tomato. YUM!
Dinner: will be a beet/carrot/apple/basil soup that I have chilling in the fridge. It's such a gorgeous color.
Snack for class tonight: another HUGE banana

Cucumber and Banana
