Brekkie - spinach, kale, frozen banana, hemp oil and date smoothie
Snack - small banana
Lunch - kale, lambs lettuce, avo, lemon juice and sea salt
Snack - macadamias
Dinner - kale, spinach, banana and date smoothie

Today is just Day 3 for me; I hope it's okay if I join so late in the month :)

As someone who was blessed to have had the experience of raw take away chronic pain, acne and a lot of internal turmoil, I feel "right" again eating this way. It's been a long time coming.

I've been reading through the month's challenge, and it sounds like you are all such inspirations. Keep up the good work! I look forward to continuing this journey with you.

Started w/ a green smoothie of mixed baby lettuce, banana and pineapple. Had some watermelon, and guac w/ cukes as dippers, and some raw kimchi. Dinner will be an ear of corn and a huge tossed salad w/ everything in the fridge.

Hi all...today is my 100th day..jippea...wow, I never thought..if you asked me a year ago, I would've been very hesitaant to even try this..and here I am ..
Feeling wonderful, my stomach issues are non existant( really think I had IBS, but don't know for sure), my afternoon lulls are gone..wonderful, my cravings for icecream and candy, zero..and 16 lbs...sayonara baby. I didn't need to loose the weight, I now weigh 135 or so lbs and I am 6' tall, so rather skinny..but hey..I feel great.

B-Green Smoothie=1 pear, 1 banana and spinach, 2 huge handfuls.
S-banana and grapefruit
L-Jicama chips with spicy guacamole/corn salsa
S-3 tomatoes and some jicama chips
D-italian coleslaw, and maybe some mango..

2 Yummy green banana smoothies....one of which I'm sipping on now :)
Big salad with peppers/ tomatoes/ mushrooms/ avacado/ sprouts/ olive oil & herbs for dressing
grapes & more grapes

breakfast: pear + strawberries
lunch: banana + apple
snack: blackberries
dinner: salad with corn, avocado, cilantro, tomato, onion, spinach, romaine w/ evoo and some bragg's liquid aminos

I tried having extra fruit during the day today, because I was reading up on Doug Grahams' 80-10-10 theory and wanted to see how I felt. I kind of felt overly fruity, but at the same time it simplified things a bit too...

I might try one more time tomorrow.

B - a little pineapple, as I wasn't really hungry
L - banana, two medjool dates
S - cucumbers, romaine
S - brazil nuts, avocado fudge (bad food-combining I know, but I couldn't resist the fudge after I'd made it). :P
