I add 1 tablespoon (I worked up to this amount) in my green smoothie daily. I store it in the freezer. *Ü*

Make sure you take it with something so your stomach isn't empty. I got incredibly sick from eating it on an empty stomach. A smoothie is a great idea. It is amazing how it works for outdoor allergies.
