How much juice to drink?

Hi! :)

I'm on a little juice fast at the moment, and I was wondering a few things. How many glasses of juice do you drink to each "meal"? And do you get hungry between the juice-meals?

Depends on if you're fasting or feasting. A fast you don't normally drink that much juice. On a feast you normally have 4-5 quarts, every 2 1/2-3 hr. Really you can just do what works for you. In-between juice, drink water to help with any hunger. Many also will add to juice fats such as coconut oil or green powders to help.

Just to clarify...4-5 quarts every 2.5 - 3 hours or 4-5 quarts for the entire day, drinking a glass every 2.5-3 hours?

2 want to consume 2 gallons of juice which is 8 quarts when you FEAST. When you fast... anything below that. Every day and every "meal" varies... just have what you need/want.
