Keep it simple ~ eat what looks good to you at any given time.

Eat what you want - listen to your body. If you're not hungry, just drink water until something specific starts calling your name. =]

I'm in the habit of using the "banana search" feature at the top of the page. I type in the ingredient that I want to use, dill for instance. I click on the "search titles only", then click on "food and recipes" or whatever it's called. I usually get many delicious ways to prepare a dish. Try gazpacho, pate, mushroom, etc. There are lots of recipes so you'll never get bored! Happy raw eating!

First thoughts...raw spinach avocado dip from Alissa's book with sliced veggies as chips...and Jicama chips from the dehydrator. :D Fruit salads topped with slices of fresh orange and it's juice poured over the whole thing. Yummmmmmm...you have lots of good yummies there. Marinated and dehydrated mushrooms. Think outside the box!

Just made the dip (eating it now :p) and it's SO GOOD! Definately a keeper, on par (or even better ) than guacamole. Thanks so much for mentioning it, you have truly impacted my future meals. :)
