Just woke up, I worked a 12 hour shift yesterday. Scheduled for 12 today and 16 tomorrow. Most important that I have *lots* of food with me. I need to keep nuts or bars or something in my locker.
Green smoothie for now; I made extra yesterday so I can grab it and go today. Cut up carrot, celery and cucumber sticks, and threw together a chunky guacamole. I have a few pieces of onion bread, and some mushroom/walnut pate. Watermelon, an apple, couple of bananas, grapefruit.
Sounds like too much but what I don't eat today will be in the fridge at work for tomorrow.
Have a great day!

I went out to dinner with some friends friday night & got their house salad & instead of using plain olive oil dressing I used their dipping herb concoction that people use for bread! It was soooo good. Just an idea if you wanna switch it up :)

Had a very busy day, got our whole camper cleaned out, every nook and cranny, so food wasn't on my mind!!
Had a bunch of cherries in the afternoon and had a huge garden salad for dinner!
I'm always amazed at how little my body needs when I listen to it rather than give in to addictions!

Trying to decide between a green smoothie, or a plate of spinach and pineapple.
