Hi all, just a quick hello :)
I just signed up to this forum, but I am not new to raw foods, I am new to Alissa Cohen's material though, and am curious to read more from her!
For a couple of years I've been interested in raw food now, I believe it started when I was working at a naturopath clinic back in '07 where they had lots of reading material laying around, and I picked up a book on raw foods, I do not remember it's name but I do remember David Wolfe was one of the authors ;) from there on I progressively became more and more interested in raw foods and of course, natural healing, but I already was interested in that :p
I love the earth's capability to feed us and how nature has an answer to pretty much any malady.
Anyway, it's great to be here. I'd love to learn and share information with other raw food enthusiasts from all over the world!
