I am sorry if anyone asked this.
i got off raw for a while becasue i had to stop working so i could not afford any more and i havegained tons of weight !

I wanted to do juice fast to give me a boost on some pound loss...and i know you lose weight that way but i want to know if i would gain it back as soon as i started eating again>(raw foods)? like if it would be more fat loss or water weight or fecal matter loss depending on how much one has to lose? i have like 20 pounds to lose just wanted to know if some would atleas be fat loss.....
getting mixed answers on google
THANKS!

You should expect to gain some back when you return to eating. My last fast I released over 20 lbs and gained about 5 back. That is pretty normal for me.

i've found that approx. 6 pounds of our loss is feces. other than that... if you eat a healthy raw diet (keep nuts and seeds out your diet for about a month after fasting) that you won't regain your weight.

to release 30 pounds (cause you want to factor in fecal matter)... you would probably be fasting for about 30-45 days. ;)

Thanks, :)

So would it be best to eat fatty fruits then, if not nuts and seeds like avos and olives?

would nuts make one gain more weight as opposed to fats from fruit?

the reason you should refrain from nuts and seeds after a fast is because it's hard on your digestion.

I totally agree. After doing fasts my body doesn't even want them. Then when it does want fats its from avocados!!!

Are avacados easier to digest than nuts?
