I take a high quality multivitamin, as sometimes i dont eat as much food in a day as I normally would. i would supplement with b12 just to be safe. everyone can be deficient in this vitamin, not just vegetarians :)

B12, sublingual methylcobalamin.
Other than that, if you eat a good variety of foods and you are healthy, you shouldn't need anything else. But that's my opinion.

I take the B12 but I only take it once a week.
I take 4,000 IU Vit D daily. I use Nutricology Super D3. It is derived from sheep's lanolin. Not exactly vegan but the best that I can do.

Generally I can take vitamin supplements regularly. It is very benefit for healthy health. The main reason vitamin benefits are so crucial is mainly because in the past fifty years there has become an epidemic of vitamin deficient foods. It is also plays an essential role in maintaining healthy vision, keeping the cells of your skin healthy, helping relieve skin disorders, often to treat acne and wrinkles, boosting your immune system and helping to heal any wounds you may have.

I think you're getting all you need naturally. :)
I do take maca though, unless I've already eaten something that I put it in during the day, and it seems to balance a lot for me.

Me, too. Different brand of D3, still made by combing the sheep's wool. Other than that, I use Vitamineral Green when I feel the need for a vitamin infusion.
I'm not convinced vitamin pills work. It is possible they could even hurt by creating an imbalance. They only provide known vitamins.

I started taking B12 because I felt my body really needing. Behold...more energy!! I knew my body was lacking it. I'm amazed at how in touch with my body I am now. :D
Hey SPORT, do they have a website where I can look up your B12 for myself? I'm interested in possibly taking what you are. :D

Read the China Study the last chapter i think. He talks about vitamin. Briefly this isn't made at all for our body. We need to seek the nutrient from whole food. If you need vitamin A look for food that are rich in A.
As for B12 and D3, this is a new ball game. I take the nano b-complex from Dr. Gabriel Cousens. It is what has worked best for me. For "D", i try as much as i can to take it from the sun directly such from early morning and evening (one hour after sun rise and one hour before sunset= NO UV) ALSO when this is cloudy, there isn't any UV. i don't wear sunglassed neither use sunblock. I never burned since i do this and used to cook like a red Lobster in the past. On winter, i will take a mushroom supplement for the D. I shower before going to the sun not after because the oil for the skin absorb the vitamin D and it takes a little while to get in your system.
If you pick your greens directly from the soil and don't wash them, you will have your B12 (It is a specific bacteria that produce a chemical in your guts which in turn our body will transform it into B12. It cans be store in our body for many years depending of each person's condition. If you have absortion problem, you need to fix that first. Like trying to fill up a bucket of water with a hole in it.)
On winter, i take e3live. I never take a multitamin because i know i will poison my body, this isn't a compound for our body as per China study.
Have fun in your research!
