I have the book from the library and there are just so many recipes I don't know where to start! I have made the carrot pecan burgers (best burger ever!) and am going to make corn chips tonight.

What recipe do you go back to again & again...which recipe has become your can't-live-without staple?

For me, it's probably the pesto stuffed mushrooms. Wow, I love them! *Ü*

For about 6 months, the Almond-banana smoothie was my favorite recipe. Sadly, I lent my copy of LOLF out (new copy, did it again) and haven't seen or heard from it since... so I can't remember the name of it...

Wait....

This is so awesome, I am going to try all of these asap. Cyndee I was looking at the swiss cheese today but what do you do with it? I do make crackers, sandwiches...how do you eat it?

I usually have it on onion/flax bread with tomatoes! SO GOOD!

I was also thinking of many other varieties of this 'cheeze', such as horseradish/dill, sun-dried tomato, jalapeno, or rosemary!

Another recipe I make often is the fudgy banana walnut cookies!
