...or day 11 for little old me =)

So I can't get over the shift in energy here... I was more productive last night than I've been in quite some time, just getting little tasks done that needed to be complete that I'd been putting off. And then I fell asleep and woke up after about six hours, one full hour before my alarm was set to go off, feeling completely not groggy! I swear I was so addicted to sleep before and was queen of the snooze button.

So is it a fact that raw foodists can get by on less sleep? Because I've heard that but wasn't ever sure if it was true. Now I'm starting to imagine that it probably is. My food today will be:

breakfast: spinach/kale/banana smoothie
lunch: salad with guac
snack: strawberries with raw chocolate sauce
snack: spinach/kale/banana smoothie
dinner: gazpacho

I have to have two snacks in a row because of my work schedule. I also plan to go for a jog tonight at about 7:30 PM when I get home from work.

I have heard that too! I believe it, however I still function @ my peak if I get a good 7-8 hours. ANything over 8 & it's too much lol!

Your diet looks alot like mine :)
I'll have 2 banana & green smoothies w/ avo
big salad with guac
fruit for snacks & carrots!

Hi All,
I still have the sleepy symptoms. It hits me around 5 pm in the evening and continues for about an hour then i am OK. But I am still tired all the time. The only thing i did wrong yesterday was i didn't drink enough water. I plan to rectify that today.

Lauren thank you so much for your encouragement yesterday. I needed it. Since i am so huge maybe i need to detox more.

For Today

kale spinach berry banana smoothie with maca

Avocado soup

Cucumber(snack)

Lara Bar

Salad

I just made a huge bowl of "kimchi salad", it's yummy! Hope it doesn't get any hotter as it marinates.

Drinking a lot of water this morning. Green smoothie with spinach, banana and strawberries.

I'm still trying to finish the zucchini pasta with marinara so I guess that's supper. There's 3/4 of a watermelon to eat, and some blackberries, so maybe I'll peel and slice a couple of kiwi, throw it all in a bowl, and call it fruit salad.

I'm off to work. We're having our monthly staff meeting so I have to go in early. Hope you lovely ladies all have a wonderful day! Catherine

Hi all..big eat day for me today.

B-yummy blueberry smoothie
S-apple
L- a watermelon, jepp, just about the whole dang thing...a handful of almonds.
D-salad
late snack- banana, 1/2 mango and almonds
