ice cream guilt

In the past, sometimes I would eat a pint of SAD ice cream and then feel guilty that I ate the whole thing. Lately I've been making raw ice cream made of frozen bananas, sometimes w/cocoa and avocado, sometimes with blueberries. Each batch makes a little over a pint and so I ate the whole thing and was starting to feel guilty again, but then I was wondering why am I feeling guilty, cuz nothing bad there, right? Is it possible to have too many bananas?

don't feel guilty, bananas are great!

in fact, there are rawbies that eat up to 30 bananas or more a day, so i think you'll be fine :)

It's possible to have too much of anything, but definitely don't beat yourself up for having fruit! Be proud that you're not eating the ice cream. =]

If you really can't stop yourself from over-eating, make smaller batches at a time, and rotate the use of different ingredients.

"Too much" are the operative words. If you're eating "too much" of anything, as Shels said, well then, it's "too much" and only you know how much "too much" is by how you feel.

I wanted to know about this quilt thing too! I know how to make an ice cream quilt, dehydrate banana ice cream into fruit leathers and then weave them together. ;)
