Hi, I'm new here and beginning raw. I really want to do it this time (tried once before about 5 yrs ago and made it for 4 wks....felt the best I've ever felt!) It's hard for me because I have to cook for 2 teenagers who think I'm nuts anyway. Yesterday I ate all raw until dinner, and then I ate 2 vegetarian sloppy Joe's which I made for the kids, and 1/2 large bag of potato chips! Let me tell you, I felt rotten after eating that. I do good until dinner, then I really crave cooked, spicey foods, and mostly, salt! Today I've done great so far:
B: banana and pineapple
L: GS with banana, 1/2 orange, blueberries, swiss chard and parsley from
the garden, and spinach
Broccoli salad with red cabbage, red onion, carrots, apple, walnuts,
lemon juice, and olive oil
Don't know what the rest of the day will bring, but I've got my fingers crossed!
