Hey all. I woke up this morning (day 8 of 100% raw straight from SAD ) and I felt icky. I felt weak, shaky and cold. I turned the stove on, because eggs have always been my fall back plan for low blood sugar. (This felt like the worst low blood sugar I've had.) After I sat down and did some belly breathing with my wonderful kitty doing some healing purring on my tummy, I got up and turned the stove off. I feel better now, but still a little off. I managed to get down some raw chocolate almond milk and mango bites, but those made me feel worse. Are there any specific raw foods that I should be eating right now? My plan at the moment is to nap and drink water. Thanks for any help you can give!

It sounds like it could be detox symptoms. I always avoid food if I am not feeling well. I choose to take water for the day, but adding juice might be ok. I usually mix my juice with 50% water anyway.

If you feel the need to eat, I would opt for watery fruits. That's me though.

whenever I am feeling ill, I avoid any nuts or hard to digest foods. They always make me feel worse.
I agree with the above comment

Thank you guys so much for the help! I took it easy all day and drank lots of water. I did get dizzy again and I bit into a slice of cheese, but I spat it out. Sooo nasty. Guess my tast buds have changed! Yay!

I think that bananas are the best thing for a quick burst of energy.
