I never would have guessed it to be this easy and enjoyable to be raw! I began this thinking I would go for 2 weeks and see what happens. But, now I can honestly say I am not changing back to cooked food. What for? I love eating this way and I love uncooking everything...I should be a chef!
I haven't lost but 1lb all month but I think I have been eating more than I should. I am beginning to be really intuned with listening to my body and what it wants when it wants it. I have never been able to do that before and I know this is a major side effect of going raw!
One of the greatest side effects of going raw is that my children (who ate salad for the first time in their lives (7 and 10) love it (yeah!) and they are eating more fruits and veggies along with my hubby who will try what I make even though he doesn't like most of it. As time goes on, I am sure that he will start incorperating more raw into his life along with my kidos!
I am looking forward to the next 30,60,90 forever days to see what raw brings! I know I feel great, my skin looks great, my nails look great and I am lifting like a mad women at the gym :) !
I am most interested to see if my vertigo (due to Fall allergies) acts up. I am not taking my meds this time around. I will just wait to see what happens!
Keep you posted and thanks to all for your support!

That's wonderful that your kids and husband are benefiting from this too! I wish I could instantly convert all of my family to raw, but they haven't "seen the light" yet, so I sneak in what I can. But isn't it good to know that the changes you've made could help your children avoid a life of cooked problems?

Keep up the great work, you're an inspiration to all of us :)

Excellent, Rawma!
Keep it up... I'm also trying to get my family to be raw, and I am managing to make a lot of raw things that they enjoy. Their tiny piece of cooked stuff follows a huge plate of raw ;)
