Liver cleanse question?

On the directions here - it says (in the 1-6 days prior) to drink lemon juice mixed w/ olive oil and hot water. Will it work ok to just drink the lemon juice & oil - is the water just to dilute it and lessen the lemon taste/tartness? Or does it need to be warm to work? (I juiced 2 lemons this am, at room temp, and put the tbsp of olive oil in it and drank it straight. 2 instead of one because the lemons I have right now are very small).

In the liver cleanse post by Alissa it mentions doing the parasite cleanse either before or in between liver cleanses. What parasite cleanse? Alissa did not post where she got this liver cleanse or where to go for more info. I am wanting to cleanse without taking pills. I would be fine with going to an herbologist and getting what is recommended, but I want to have some knowledge before doing that. Does anyone know of a site or article/s to read up on parasite cleansing?
