Yes, I successfully sprouted my lentils and I used a bit in "almost tuna". I have alot left. Does anyone have any idea of how to store them and how long they will last?
Thanks ahead of time!

They will not last long, You can make the chili recipe here with them, or I simply freeze mine until I need them, but some will say this isn't a good thing.

You can make hummus with them too.

Thanks rawpriestess, chili sounds right up my alley and maybe I can get the hubby to eat it too!

You can use them now to make flax crackers or dehydrate them and make crackers with them later

Sprouted lentils - what a treat!
Great on salads; with avocado and tomato; wrapped up in lettuce; with some seaweed (salty plus crunchy...heavenly); or just eat them by the handful like you'd eat cheetos!
In fact, I'm going to start some tonight, now that I'm thinking about them per your post!
