I generally use wheatgrass in my morning smoothie. It's a slight pain in the behind to work with, but it's all good.
I was at a organic farm and I saw a packaged product called Wheatgrass powder and wheatgrass liquid. It would certainly be easier to use that in the morning but I am not sure if its the same nutrition wise.
Anyone ever heard of these things or know if they are any good?
The organic farm is reputable and the stuff is raw. Thanks everyone. :)

Even if it's pure raw wheatgrass that they're selling you, it's still not fresh. I would recommend sticking with your own. You just can't beat live food. :)

After growing and juicing my own wheatgrass I could never settle for powder or liquid wg. I did try them. The Life Force energy is vastly inferior to freshly pressed wheatgrass. The fresh wg contributes to your General Vitality like no other form..freeze dried or whatever.

There is one powder that is superior because it includes the roots. The roots contain more amino acids than the blades and they also contain cancer fighting agents and cell renewal repair agents (SOD) that are not in the blades. Doesn't it make more sense that the whole plant would be better than just using the blades?
This wheatgrass is grown aeroponically, therefore the roots are combined with the blades, harvested on the 8th day and processed using a cold drying method, thereby preserving the enzymes. You can try this powder by going to www.bestorganicwheatgrass.com, fill out the form on the home page and try it for yourself. Oh, and did I mention that the taste is mild not strong like the blades because the roots neutralizes it.
