I just found these "sea beans" at whole foods. They are expensive (12.99 a lb) but they are really tasty. I am thinking about trying to dehydrate them down. If they become crispy it would be even more wonderful. :D

I saw a blogger use seabeans in a recipe. I have never seen them before!

Is this what you have. I have eaten these. I got them at the farmers market but I think that it was called by another name.

I am dehydrating some now. I will let you know how they come out. :)
