Nice benefit...

Yesterday evening I noticed a very nice side effect of eating raw. The tips of my fingernails are extrememly white. Even thought they were dirty and had chipped polish on them, the white was shining through. My fingernails have always been long and hard, :rolleyes: but it looks as though I have a french manicure! Amazing!

I'm still trying to grow them so they won't chip, flake or break. :(

BUT!.. I can now slip off the rings of my fingers! I couldn't do that 2 weeks ago!
