Hi Everyone
Hope you are all doing good.
I was on the countryside for a few days, so couldn't write.
B: 3 bananas, 1 apple
L: Today I had to eat a salad in my school, because I didn't manage to take food with me. It was very limited wit the completely raw, so I ate raw
tomatoes, cucumber, cabbage, and some broccoli which was very, very little cooked. They where still very hard to chew.
D: Realized from lunch how much I missed my favorite veggie.. broccoli, so made my first raw broccoli salad for dinner. Dressing: After grinding pumpkin seed in coffee grinder, I blended them with water, olive oil, garlic, lemon, cumin, salt and pepper. Mixed it with small pieces of broccoli, red onion and red sweet pepper. It only marinated for 1 hour because I was hungry, but I think it's better after a few hours.
But it was still VERY delicious..
Two different people told me today how good I look, and that my skin is glowing.
I LOVE BEING RAW :)

Hey Everyone!
I have been following the challenge since april, and finally decided to post!
Breakfast- Green smoothie- nutmilk, assorted berries and spinach
Lunch: Big salad
Dinner: probably another salad
Anyone else in their teens doing the challange? I finally turned 18 Monday and I have to say my raw birthday cake was probably the best cake I've ever had!

This is my 3rd day on the challenge
Yesterday I was completely energetic and felt wonderful. Today I feel sleepy and lethargic and just want to crawl in bed, though perhaps thats partially the weather.
Today I had:
breakfast: blackberries
lunch: salad (with just a few black beans and some pickled beets, otherwise all raw) with tons of greens and peppers and even raw peanuts - which I hope were safe and non-toxic!
snack: 5 strawberries and a few pieces of apple
For dinner I'm going to make something with avocado and maybe a kale and spinach salad... We'll see...
Just want today to be over!
I need to hang in there and get past day 3. I know I"ll feel better tomorrow.

Hey everyone~
I feel like I've ate a lot today, but I really haven't.. I had a handful of raw cashews with sesame oil and sea salt, 3 little kale chips, a tomato and olive salad...
That's been it so far, probably a garden salad for dinner, not sure yet, tomorrow is grocery day and I'm looking a bit like Old Mother Hubbard.. lol..
I made some raw chocolate ice cream, so I'm sure I'll have a scoop of that later and onion bread is in the dehydrator for tomorrow
Hope everyone had a great raw day!

SeRAWnity..how do you make your chocolate icecream?
It was really easy, I was so surprised.. not sure why :D ... lol..
1 3/4 cup cashews ( I did not soak them)
1 3/4 cup water
the recipe called for 1 cup of Maple syrup.. I used about 1/2 cup agave maybe a little less
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp Almond flavoring
1/2 cup Cacao
I blended it all up in my generic slow blender and then put in my ice cream maker for about a half an hour... it was soooo yummy!
