Hi Konacoral,

Me thinks it isn't rocket science but I have been known to stick my foot in my mouth

If you're able to eat raw for brekkie and lunch, then have a salad with something cooked for dinner you could easily say 75%, no?! Average that over a couple of weeks and gradually you wean yourself off of cooked foods to gain a higher percentage, or have raw all day a few times a week.

I'm thinking that's a sensible answer :)

Hope that helps.

Me thinks Wrekkie's right...
Just think about how much raw you already eat, or better: how much cooked or non-raw are you still eating, try to put a percentage on that, and then you'll know how much % you are raw... but in the end, who cares about those %? What's the difference anyway between 70% and 75%? A couple of cookies? A plate of pasta??
So don't spend too much time figuring this out, just take it one step at the time, or if you're up for it, go all the way! But don't be too hard on yourself, make the transition easy, but a challenge :)

Ciao,
Joke
