I don't have this condition but i recalled reading someone having this and she said that taking MSM supplement helped her with that.

My son has been to a psychologist to see if he has it and it turns out he might have mild aspergers, but we are not worried. I was never diagnosed, but I strongly suspect I may be somewhere along that spectrum too, but it's doesn't worry me, I've learned to adapt.
