I know we have done this in the past but I could really use a reference point
I am 100% and would love to hear some detailed food journals/intake of folks who are and have been committed to 100% for some time
that would be really great
thanks loves

hi!
here's my daily intake, mostly:
breakfast: 1 quart of green smoothie(1 banana, 2c mango, 1c accent fruit, 1 handful greens, 1 scoop green powder) with whole food vitamins, shake of kelp, antioxidant powder
Lunch is usually the same thing, or a plain fruit smoothie
for dinner, it varies depending on if i have fruit for breakfast instead of the smoothie and then bump my smoothies to later meals :) but I might have crudites with a dip (like celery and raw ranch) or i'll make somethin fancy like corn chips or crackers with guac(with salsa mixed in) or I'll even get fancier and make tacos! one time I made a pizza-like dish
We (bf and I ) tend to graze a lot throughout the day, having some nuts with agave/honey with spices or eating a bunch of bananas, an apple, or orange segments. we don't have sit-down meals very often because of our lifestyles and work schedules. heck, we don't even have a dining table!
but sometimes, like today, I'll fall out of my routine and eat ice cream cake for breakfast :D or i'll make a decadent smoothie with cacao and tahini and frozen bananas

I've been 100% for a year and a half. High raw for over 4 years before that.
Unfortunately (or maybe it's all so easy because of my relaxed attitude) I don't keep a food log, but I'll try and give a typical day below:
Breakfast: Fruit, could be 2-3 bananas, an apple, or 3-4 oranges an a banana or a bunch of different combos, pretty much whatever I can grab as I run out the door.
Lunch: Big salad, mostly greens topped with tomato and things like avocado, bell peppers, sprouts, onion or spring onion, and any other easily chopped vegies. Dressing is usually EVOO or sesame oil with a sprinkling of celtic salt.
Dinner: Often another big salad similar to lunch but with a heavier dressing. Or a veggie 'rice' (cauliflower base with vegies), or a hearty soup.
Dessert: A milkshake or banana ice cream, or brownies or something.
Green smooothies or juices, I try to have one of either once a day, but sometimes it works out to be every couple of days. I'd liek to up mu green juices/smoothies, I get in and out of the habit.
Snacks is almost always fruit, all sorts of fruit, and usually lots of it, sometimes raw bars or chocolate or a raw cake.
I cycle in and out of simple and more complex eating as a natural thing. At the moment I'm eating a few more heavier foods like creamy soups and such as it's heading into winter here.
Hope this helps!
EDIT: Forgot to add that on the days I'm not getting green juices or smoothies in, I have some powdered wheatgrass I drink with my water. Not optimal but I never worry about these things!

just out of curiosity, why is powdered wheatgrass not optimal? My mother takes it in water sometimes, and I've always been curious of it's benefits in powdered form. (she keeps a jar of it in the freezer)

I go by the mantra 'fresh is best' but don't get dogmatic about it. Fresh wheatgrass would be optimal, so anything more processed than that would be less than optimal. But really, it's still packed with nutrients, nothing to worry about!
Putting it into context, the cacao, shelled nuts and other canned/bottled raw stuff i might have is less than optimal, but the pleasure is divine and outweights any cons. Pleasure can bring health too. :D

I have powdered wheatgrass and it is made of the roots and the blades, so it is supposed to have more nutrients. Here is a clip from the site I use:
ONE SACHET OF WHEATGRASS POWDER has:
18 grams of FIBER = 6 BOWLS OF OATMEAL
21 grams of PROTEIN = 3 & 1/3 EGGS
3.2 mg of Vitamin E = 1 CUP OF BROCCOLI
102 mg of Calcium = 1/3 GLASS OF MILK
200 mg of Vitamin C = 2 & 1/2 ORANGES
3500 IU of Vitamin A = 3 CARROTS

I have heard that some, maybe all, powdered wheatgrass is not juice but the grass itself, which in theory wouldn't be good for digestion, who knows though. The using-the-roots bit is interesting, I think I'll try that myself.

I start my day with a melon, either a watermelon or a honeydew.
Next is a green smoothie. Usually 5 or 6 bananas, 4 sticks of celery and a pound of greens.
Next would usually be a bowl of ice cream made from almost a pound of bananas and at least 200 grms of berries and one brazil nut.
Next meal varies. Could be dates and apples, could be cucumber tomato and alfalfa sprouts, could be 2 papayas and 2 mangoes or could be another melon.
Sometimes I have a later snack which would most likely be 2 papayas.
Many days I also crush a dessertspoon of flax seeds and add them to a glass of water and drink it back.

I live in a tiny apartment in a cement city right on the freeway. No room or fresh air to grow wheat grass. Thus, I use raw, organic wheat grass powder everyday. Works for me! (but then again it has too) :)

Been 100% raw for 15 months. In the very beginning I did not realize that agave, nama shoyu and a few other things were not 100% raw, but stopped eating them when I found out. Don't know the date I stopped those so I just go by my raw start date.
I like to start my morning with a large glass of water. After that a green smoothie, mine are lighter on the fruit than some I've read here. Also, I like to use lemon, orange, or grapefruit juice in my GS instead of water. If I don't have a green smoothie, I'll have a green drink made with either Greener Grasses by HealthForce Nutritionals or Organic Wheatgrass Powder from Amazing Grasses, again with citrus juice added. Failing any of those breakfast options, it's either fresh fruit or the very occasional raw granola with nut milk.
I don't usually seem to have a formal lunch but just forage about. Sometimes it's left overs, sometimes it's salad. I do tend to munch boatloads of avocados at the lunch or dinner times. I snack on nuts and seeds, unless I've just eaten an avocado. I have also been known to just munch down a tomato as if it were an apple. Likewise, I sometimes eat a bunch (or two :p) of radishes or even just eat a diakon like it's a carrot.
For dinner I may opt for another green smoothie or green juice or go for something more meal-like. I haven't really gotten into preparing snazzy raw meals, although I am starting to, so I have leaned more towards mono-meals. I do my best to combine my food for optimal digestion but as klomasius says, I "don't get dogmatic about it, pleasure can bring health too!"

thanks for all the wheatgrass info everyone.
I guess getting the individual sachets of powdered wheatgrass might be a better option than just the big jar as it would ensure even more freshness.
(green jeanie, I'm sorry if i took away from your original question and thanks for posting the question as I'm enjoying reading the comments!)

Please check out this information for wheatgrass powder. It's the creme de la creme of wheatgrass and powders combined: See the information below:
As the 'Go Green' movement gains momentum and you become more environmentally conscious, it's important to remember your internal environment too. Taking steps to rid your body of harmful toxins is crucial to keeping your body energized and rejuvenated. That's why Best Organic Wheatgrass recommends adding nutrient-rich wheatgrass to your diet. It helps detoxify and strengthen your body by Cleansing your Blood, Alkalizing your Body and it Nourishes!!!
Our Wheatgrass is the only kind grown AEROPONICALLY. This allows us to make our wheatgrass powder using the LEAVES AND ROOTS, resulting in nutritionally superior wheatgrass juice. Maximum nutrition is ensured because the cold drying process retains all enzymes and nutrients. 1 / 4 tray of wheatgrass and roots equals 1 packet of wheatgrass powder.

I eat fruit for breakfast, and usually other meals and snacks too, sometimes including an avocado, sometimes not. I usually have up to a 1/2 cup nuts or seeds once or twice a day.
For some reason, my body has a very hard time with any kind of greens. I love them though, and I feel like I need them, so I usually eat a couple of nori rolls at least once or twice a week - stuffed to the max with greens and a small quantity of sprouted kamut. The next day I water fast.
I don't have a dehydrator, and almost never use my blender or juicer.
What has proven to be very important for me is exercise. The more vigorously and often I exercise, the better I feel, and the more I can comfortably eat. :)
