Hi
I have 2 ideas for you that I do with kiwi
1st: Kiwi Popsicle
Kiwifruit skin is good for you and feels similar to peach skin when it is eaten. Many of the nutrients in kiwifruit are in the peel. Bite right in! It is also OK to peel the kiwifruit before popsicle-izing it:
Cut the ends off of a kiwifruit, peel,
push a popsicle stick into the end of the fruit, freeze.
2nd: Holiday Fruit Gems
Open and remove all the juicy seeds of a pomegranate, peel and slice in
the kiwifruit.
The ruby-red gem like juice sacs and the brilliant green color of the kiwi
makes this the perfect holiday fruit salad!
enjoy :p

First: Share with me! lol
Second: How much do you have?
Third: I've never tried dried kiwi - you could fix a tray of that to see if it works for you.
Fourth: When all else fails - and you've eaten all you can in smoothies and rainbow fruit salad, make it pulp in the blender and freeze.
Have you ever made fruit pizza before? The base is something we're not supposed to eat, but I think we could find a suitable base, make a sweet, creamy sauce, and all you do from there is decorate with fruit and slice like pizza.

After eating as much as you can, and after sending me a big case of them :o)
I would peel and slice into sizes that fit in your champion if you have one, and freeze, they make excellent sorbet, and ice cream.
You can Dehydrate like ReneeSC said, they are delicious that way.
Also, they make excellent smoothies especially with banana.

my favourite green smoothie: 1 banana, 4 kiwi, 1-2 stalks celery, and enough ice to your liking

Why not make a kiwi cheesecake? There are several good raw cheesecake recipes, you could use a few layers of kiwi and/ or banana. I'm making myself hungry, here.

All delicious ideas...
My problem is if I eat too much kiwi, my mouth starts to get that "acidic" feeling, like when I eat too much pineapple... I think I'm just sensitive to it.
It's sooooo good though. Maybe I will freeze? Dehydrate? Add to smoothies?

It may help if you add the kiwi to alkaline foods/fats. I can't eat pineapple by itself. The last time I tried I burnt my tongue badly, it literally ate away the top layer of my tongue and the roof of my mouth. :( So I can relate. But if I add pineapple to a banana/ almond milk smoothie with some coconut oil I don't have a problem. Problem is, I'm not sure which additional ingredient is neutralizing the acid. Soaked almonds are the only nuts that are alkaline, if I remember correctly. Let us know if you find a solution or combination that works for you!
