I want to sprout grains but I don't have a sprouter.Can you do it without one?

Absolutely. Do them off in a jar. Use some cheesecloth (or similar) to make a lid and use two rubber bands to secure it.
Soak for the required time and then put the lid on and empty, rinse and empty. Tilt at an angle on the draining board and make sure that the lid is not completely covered so that air can get in.
If they get too big for the jar, divide into 2 jars.

Hello I started sprouting recently. Although I have a sprouting jar, after doing it a few times, I can assure you that you don't need one. If you do it with a cheesecloth and rubber bands it will be absolutely fine. But be careful abt rinsing, the more you shake and let all the water out the better the results will be. Good luck! :)

jars work, collanders (if small enough to stop the seed), cheesecloth, burlap sack, kids sand box toy sifter works great
