Hi everyone, happy Monday! Made Alissa's raw cannoli today (started yesterdauy) ...YUM! Am going to make the corn tortillas tomorrow... I am soooo getting into this dehydrating lark. I'm going to make sure I have alternating days when I don't have dehydrated food though, but I have to say it's nice to try these different things. I am defo gonna make some burgers soon!
Brekkie - banana, strawberry, mango, hemp oil and greens smoothie
Snack - pear
Lunch - strawberry, grape, mango, banana smoothie
Snack - avocado
Dinner - pesto stuffed mushrooms, a few marinated nuts, soem salad and cannoli!

Just finished a quart of green smoothie, with spinach, strawberries, blueberries and a banana. Packed food to take to work, including some almonds, another quart of smoothie, and apple and grapefruit, and miso soup (I take a pint canning jar and put a small amount of hiziki and miso and a pinch of garlic powder, then add warm water at work). I have some raw salsa in the fridge at work so I think I'll cut up a carrot to bring along, too. I won't get home until after midnight. Hope you all have a great day!

Good afternoon all~ hope you all are well :)
Grazed a bit this morning, a few grapes here and there, wasn't really hungry but really wanted a salad so I just finished one....
I'm thinking tonight would be a good create your own smoothie night, the kids will like that!

Started my day blue..witha blueberry smoothie..
Had a apple for snack,
Lunch was a fruitsalad w/ banana, apple and tons of strawberries, some walnuts and sunflower seeds, and cardamom on top yum..
Dinner will be a kale salad and home pickled veggies..yum again..

I finally discovered kale Chips yesterday. They were delicicous. I had tried making some last month but didn't have time to dehydrate them long enough and now I know... Crispy is Key!
So far today:
Cacao coconut shake
Mock tuna with celery sticks
Leftover tomato soup
Need to make some corn chips, kale chips, eggplant bacon, and bread of some sort this evening. Supplies are low around here!

Breakfast: mixed fruit....orange/grapes/mango
snacks: carrots tomatoes mangoes grapes apples
Lunch: lettuce salad/ brussel sprouts/ bean sprouts/ toamtoes/ avacado
Dinner: banana smoothie

Gosh I had the worst cravings today. I so wanted to cave in. I actually had to call my sister to help me make it thru the day.
I ended up eating 2 apples, Zia's apple crisp, a banana and zia's raw burritos.
My sister says that she gets cravings when she is dehydrated and told me to drink a lot of water.
