Anyone notice their height is increasing, even incrementally? I was thinking about this earlier. Just curious :D

Maybe I'm wrong but I think my unit might be getting bigger. Ladies, brace yourself.

Perhaps the rest of your body is shrinking so the proportion is changing.

maybe you are just standing up straighter. raw food tends to bring about more confidence. (hence the comment by doperaw) LOL.

Yes, I've grown half an inch. I went in for a check up 2 years ago and almost got into a minor argument with the nurse when she insisted I was 5'2. I've proudly been 5' 1/2" for my entire adult life thank you very much. LOL. Now I'm 5'2. Yup, it can happen.

I gained 2 inches in height in the last 4 yrs of mostly to 100% Raw Veganism, with the largest growth spurt at one time (one inch) occurring in the last year of 80%-100% Raw Veganism. :)
I was 5'3", 130 lbs. and 21 yrs old when I first went Raw... I am now 5'5", 120 lbs. and nearly 25 yrs old.
I have been measured by the "doctors" and they agree that it's not the most typical thing for a woman to grow in height in her twenties, though for men it seems to be expected. Two different medical professionals agreed with me that my dietary change and the increase in pure nutrition contributed to my growth spurt.

I'm not short, but I wouldn't mind growing 2 inches taller! There is hope....

Green Woman, that's very neat! Have they told you whether it may be bone growth specifically, or do you think that raw allows our disc spaces to widen because we are better able to keep our discs hydrated? Came back to add here that I looked around and saw one site mention we can have about a 20% loss in spine height due to discs not well hydrated - total 25mm or an inch, so it would appear there is bone growth happening also.
I know my joint and back pains are much better when high raw but I've never looked at height since.

I think we are evolving more into alien-like beings over time with greater health: taller, thinner, etc.
