Definitely! I was planning to start tomorrow too and would love a support buddy.

I actually was on day 3 yesterday but I went out of the city and had no lemonade for over 10 hours and I f*cked up and drank coke, so I have to start over.

I am on Day 3 of my second "genuine" Master Cleanse. I say genuine, because only 1 attempt to do this actually amounted to anything. It lasted a little over 30 days and I lost 22 lbs and felt wonderful. However, I didn't know as much about RAW then - as a matter of fact, it was before I found this site.

So far I feel fabulous - had lots of energy today and was in a great, positive mood.

I am going for 30 days and I know I can do it as I've done it before.

There is one difference however, this time. My last "lemonade" is around 2 p.m. That's it, that's "all she wrote", I'm done for the day and the rest of the day until next morning amounts to about 16 or 17 hours depending when I get up and have my first delicious lemonade. So those hours are "dry fasting". This is an experiment.

Where are you girls (and guys)? Of course, anyone can change their mind - I know I have jumped around from one thing to another right here on this site - one minute doing the "Challenge", then "juice fasting". Insane! But I am on track now - really on track and very determined to stick to this and then to Raw foods alone when I finish this MC. In the meantime, I am enjoying a badly needed rest for my mind, body and spirit. I am feeling so peaceful.:D
