I have read 2 books and have done hours of google searching. Seems like none of the experts agree completley. I also have a few specific questions id like to ask .

I have done a 7 day fast previously, which I did not end correctly.

Now I want to hear it straight from the masters mouth.

What are the best foods to break a fast with?

I have read I should take vitamin c powder disolved in water. Is this ok? Are there any other supplements I should take? Or perhaps raw filtered organic apple cider vinegar? Acidophilus to replace the intestinal flora? Should I remove the acidophilus from the capsule?

Also have chlorella tablets for exporting the heavy metals and other toxins out of my body, is it ok to crush these and take them? Is there anything else I should take to help flush the toxins out of my body?

I will be following this fast with a natural chelation using a cilantro tincture I made. Is it ok to use this tincture while fasting, externally on the ankles and other lymph nodes to help remove toxins?

i have never tried a juice fast. Just gathered the experts agreed the water fast was more beneficial. Based on the information that 50% of the bodys energy is used breaking down and processing food. Taking in none allows for that energy to be used elsewhere and in order to reach that state the stomach must be dormant for a period of time... But on the alternate side... maybe the little bit of sugars and vitamins you get while juice fasting helps supply energy to detox better... Thoughts? Experience?

You may find lots of your answers at the 92 day juice feasting site... if you use google you'll be sure to find it with ease.

We don't really have "master fasters" here... just folks who love to fast. ;) And trust me... if the experts can't agree... why would you think everyone anywhere would all agree? Sometimes you have to do the research and then make your own decisions to find what's right for you.

Good luck!
