you know those plastic bags you can buy at walmart or whatever ? They are quite cheap.
can i turn that stuff into a smoothie ? i don't necessarily have to blend it WHILE its frozen - maybe let it defrost first.
is there something wrong with that ?
I don't put any veggies in my green smoothies - just greens and fruit.
I do put veggies in my soups though..
I like what John Kohler (grow you greens on YouTube) says, "Freshest is bestest". But - I eat a lot of frozen fruits and veggies. I use frozen (organic) corn to make corn chowder all the time. I even use frozen peas occasionally. Sure, they've probably been blanched, but I just do the best I can with what our area has to offer, and then I call it "good"! *Ü*

Seems to me you're doing fine. Many folks here call the blended veggies raw soup and the blended fruit with greens green smoothies. It sounds like you've been making raw soup and if it tastes good to you then you're doing it right.
Fresh veggies, greens and fruits are best but frozen works and one has to do what one has to do. Sometimes frozen IS better like frozen bananas! They make great ice cream and I have been known to just get a couple frozen banana pieces out of the freezer and eat them as is. I usually cut them into fourths before I freeze them as sometimes I want to use less than a whole banana in things. If you have never had a frozen Medjool date (remove the pit before freezing) then you haven't lived!
