Vit-Ra-Tox 7 Cleanse/Fast

Hello Raw Friends,
Has anyone done the Vit-Ra-Tox 7 day cleanse?
I plan to start it next week.
This will be my first fast.
I am excited and nervous at the same time!

All you awesome fasters and no one has gone for the DEEP colon cleanse?
Maybe it happens on a regular fast.
Any thoughts or advice?
I have been reading up on the debri that cakes on to our colon, and I would really like it out!:eek:
Fasting is difficult for me, but I believe I am ready to give it a try!

Not really sure what you mean by "deep" colon cleanse. I've used a variety of colon and other organ cleansing methods throughout the years.

The caked on build up that develops over years of improper eating.
Like in the pictures you see when you get a colonic or read up on the subject.
