View Full Version : Raw Chocolate Fondue/Fruit Dip

So, I have been looking for a way to keep Raw Liquid Chocolate from cooling and thereby solidifying so fast (like at potlucks, for example), and here's what I've come up with -- promise not to laugh!

(1) Bought a CHEAP chocolate melting pot on amazon (see photo below) - it is the mechanical and design equivalent of an Easy Bake oven LOL!

(2) Whipped up a batch of Raw Liquid Chocolate (1/2 cup Coconut Oil, 1/4 cup Cacao, Lucuma Powder to taste for sweetness - optional)

(3) Poured half the batch (in case of disaster) in one of the melting pots

(4) Set temperature on Low, which heated the chocolate to 107 degrees (the owner's manual estimates 109, but I trust my digital thermometer)

(5) Dipped large luscious Strawberries in the chocolate - OMG - they are amazing (no photo, already ate them!)
