Hey, I'm Sylvia, a high school senior ready to be healthy (and hopefully get rid of acne). I've always wanted to try going raw and here I am.:)

Welcome Sylvia.....If you haven't read Alissa's book and watched her DVD yet, I'd encourage you to get them....they are incredible and will help you be successful in doing raw the right way to gain health. Good Luck.

Welcome. Glad to see you here at such an early age. I didn't get with it until I was in my mid 30's. Sure would have helped me out to have started at your age.

Hi Sylvia! Welcome! How I wish I had found raw when I was in high school! How I wish I could get my high school daughter to go raw!
