Day 1 of water fast

Water fasting chose me, I didn't choose it.
Today I haven't been hungry.
If I can go one solid month, I would be amazed.
I'm going for 30 days.
I hope I can do it.
Wish me well and successful.
I noticed my skin, especially my face is itching horribly--am I starving the parasites out?

I don't have a desire to eat. I hope the parasites will die and come out of me soon. I'll post in this thread every Friday.

I now have an urge to eat. I am not giving into it. I MUST get a grip and look at the bigger picture. :(

Started back on the 2nd.
I'm pleased that I started off with a water fast, that prepared me for the juice fast apparently.
The water fast for me is 1 or 2 possible days, because for me its harsh, and also I have a lot of weight to lose, it wasn't easy, but primarily I have to utilize some self-control.
